Addressing clinician impariment When it Shows up at Work: Ethical & Supervisory Considerations

This session is designed to provide a wholistic overview of what a supervisor can do to promote the resilience and emotional wellbeing of their staff, while also ethically and effectively addressing clinician impairment when it shows up at work

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will be able to identify some of the core signs and symptoms of clinician impariment.
2. Participants will be able to identify and apply the steps in the Reamer Model to address clinician impairment in their work settings.
3.Participants will be able to identify evidenced based tactics to improve clinician resilience and well-being while creating an environment where supervisory attention to this issue is kept on the forefront.
