Do you ever feel stuck with or swept away by strong emotions? We’re all prone to emotional reactivity, especially in times of stress and uncertainty. In this webinar, join OSU Health Coach Amanda Fox to learn more about emotions, their effects, and how to explore and regulate them in a mindful way. Participants will practice a mindful meditation for positive emotion during the session.
