Social Work Ethics: So Your Career Stays Out of Jeopardy
This training introduces and ethical framework for decision-making, and assists participants to familiarize themselves with the social work code of ethics. Utilizing a highly interactive "Jeopardy" format, participants will review case examples involving ethical dilemmas and select the appropriate section of the code of ethics that addresses/offers guidance related to this dilemma. Meets Ethics Requirements

Learning Objectives:
Participants will become familiar with the NASW Code of Ethics.
Participants will review ethical dilemmas, using an ethical framework for decision making.
Participants will be able to discuss the values that form the core principles in the NASW Code of Ethics.

Important notes regarding CEUs and Attendance:
•Each participant must submit an individual registration to receive CEUs. Please do not share your unique Zoom webinar link.
•CEUs will be awarded to attendees that participate in the full webinar, which will be automatically recorded by Zoom upon your arrival to and departure from the webinar. Partial credit will not be awarded, with no exceptions. Be sure to plan ahead so that you are logged into the webinar on time.
•CEUs will be reported to CE Broker within 30 days for those who provide their license numbers upon registration or when completing the post-course evaluation.

Associate Director @STAR Trauma Recovery Center and Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Programs
Arianna Galligher, LISW-S is the Associate Director of the STAR Trauma Recovery Center and Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Programs at OSU Harding Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She has an extensive clinical background across multiple settings, serving both adolescents and adults. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2005 at Ohio State University where she also currently teaches part-time. Years spent working with people living with HIV/AIDS, trauma survivors, women, youth, and the LGBTQ community have served to reinforce the importance of humor, compassion, empowerment, honesty, diversity, individual expression, and community building in her work.
