Worn Out! Supporting Those With Change Fatigue
Description
2020 has thrown a lot at us! Including a pandemic, pivoting on how we do our jobs, racial reckoning and a contentious election. Most people are experiencing more stress, anxiety and weariness than ever before. This training will assist you in identifying the various stress levels and their impact using the Stress First Aid model, how to support and intervene when you or a colleague is struggling and techniques to build our resilience.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be exposed to the Stress First Aid Continuum
Participants will learn skills to support themselves and their peers when facing significant levels of stress
Participants will explore tools that will help to build their resilience
Important notes regarding CEUs and Attendance:
•Each participant must submit an individual registration to receive CEUs. Please do not share your unique Zoom webinar link.
•CEUs will be awarded to attendees that participate in the full webinar, which will be automatically recorded by Zoom upon your arrival to and departure from the webinar. Partial credit will not be awarded, with no exceptions. Be sure to plan ahead so that you are logged into the webinar on time.
•CEUs will be reported to CE Broker within 30 days for those who provide their license numbers upon registration or when completing the post-course evaluation.

What a time to start a new job! The YOU Matter program provides support to NCH staff by providing crisis interventions, resiliency coaching, and many other therapeutic interventions allowing staff to experience a higher level of well-being. Prior to NCH, Kristy was the Ohio Assistant Executive Director at Specialized Alternatives for Families and youth.
