This will be a Panel Dialogue moderated by Tonya Smith-Jackson, Sr. Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at NC A&T State University and IISE's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Chairperson and Scott Sink, member of the Council on Industrial and Systems Engineering and IISE. She is joined by Bevlee Watford, Assoc Dean, Equity and Engagement at Virginia Tech, College of Engineering. They will be joined by a panel of 8 young professionals from academia and industry. the Panel will focus on Progress and Performance made in our Profession ISE, but Engineering more broadly but also on what still needs work/improvement. This will be a 'different' dialogue, we'll be probing on issues from an ISE perspective, getting to the underlying system issues in Universities and Industry.
