Many of our members, especially younger members, do not have their own address. How would you suggest tracking in a multiple sibling family?
Kara Colvin
42:33
Can you check mine also? I am not seeing any email to allow access?
Jenny Dee Strickler
42:38
I'm the same as Christy probably
Jackie Krieger
43:10
so this could be 100's of requests from a single county - WOW

Is it an option that if we are on the course, and we host a horse club meeting on zoom, that we could have them watch it all at the same time? Just like they would watch the video in the club meeting in person.
Morgan Domokos
44:50
does it have to be a real email address?
Gwen Soule
45:08
If you use a Qualtrics survey for the quiz, could there be a place there to have the family list all of the names of the kids who watched?
Cassaundra Dietrich
45:18
I like that idea Mark. or even watch at a club meeting through one log-in and have advisor sign off?
Mark Light
46:09
I think that would be easier than all of the members doing individually
Margo Long
48:27
Mark- That’s what I was going to do.

Are you planning to update the current Safety & Ethics Form to reflect this option?
Jamie McConnell
49:47
What, if any, impact does this have on the Horses, Safety & You book? Will the book still be required?
Beth Boomershine
52:09
For this year's Horse Safety & Ethics option, can they just watch the Head and Heart sections? Or do they need to do all four sections?
Gwen Soule
52:23
What form should we use to verify the helmet video has been used if the current one isn't being updated? Do we need a form?
foxx.2
53:40
Canvas has the ability for people to self-enroll in the course if you turn that option on - it would still require them to enter a name and email address but it could save you time from having to manually invite everyone to it.
Lisa McCutcheon
54:02
Can you send out details on the new video and where to obtain it?
Jackie Krieger
54:31
Is there a listing of resources available and specific connections to those?
Beth Boomershine
55:32
For this year's Horse Safety & Ethics option, can they just watch the Head and Heart sections? Or do they need to do all four sections?

Will the individual exhibitors upload their Coggins test results when they make their State Fair online entries or do you want them to turn them into Extension Offices and we submit them to you when we submit PAS scores?

01:01:42
For sure Jamie.

Talked with Hannah today and she expects an update to be sent later today or first thing tomorrow for 4-H Staff.
Laryssa Hook

The teams will not be able to meet together to do the videos
Lisa McCutcheon
01:04:44
Are fees and questions still needed from teams?
Gwen Soule
01:06:50

Beth Boomershine
01:09:40
Jeff & Doug, what's the status of the new volunteer orientation and policy1.50 that you were working on?
Cassaundra Dietrich
01:09:59
side question... state fair swine. Someone somewhere posted that all breeding gilts at OSF have to have a completed BREEDING swine project book. Our kids have always used their market books for breeding classes as well. Anyone know anything?
Jenny Dee Strickler
01:10:39
Cassaundra I had been told several years ago when I asked that they needed to complete the breeding book for breeding classes
Justin Bower
01:11:15
Cassie, I've been told that to.

01:11:28
We are still in the process of editing the videos we recorded for policy 1.50 and new volunteer orientation and getting everything loaded into Canvas - still aiming to have it ready by the end of this week or sometime early next week.
Lisa McCutcheon
01:11:29
To show breeding swine at state fair, they have to be enrolled in breeding and use that book...
Jenna Hoyt
01:11:50
I believe I heard that was well from OSF.
Margo Long
01:11:50
They have to be enrolled in breeding swine. We do interviews in Marion since we don’t have an actual class.
Margo Long
01:12:04
We make them do the breeding book.
Jenny Dee Strickler
01:12:27
We don't even have breeding classes and they have to do the book for state fair if that's what they are taking
Gwen Soule
01:12:51
I was also told they needed to have that breeding project and book.
Kiersten Heckel
01:13:07
Ditto on Lisa
Nancy Snook
01:13:07
yes State Fair Breeding has to have a Swine Breeding project book and be enrolled in breeding project.
Beth Miller
01:13:30
yes they do need that book as I understand it - we have no breeding classes at county
Andrea Rees
01:15:56
Becky is correct. Books are not checked at any other time.
Andrea Rees
01:16:41
They are not going to be held from showing. They just don't get those points for skillathon if they don't submit a book.
Jessica Adams
01:17:44
I heard just market.
Beth Boomershine
01:18:34
Jeff & Doug, what's the status of the new volunteer orientation and policy1.50 that you were working on?
