Mache is widely grown in Europe for spring months
thinly slice, put some olive oil and kosher salt on it. Then use your fingers and squish it up. I think that is called masticating. It makes the kale tender. Then also add cut up avocado and also pomegranate seeds. ALSO, thinly sliced and added to soup that you are making yourself. I think I simmered mine is homemade soup for about 30 minutes. Adds a nice flavor.
